Weird Noise from engine?
1987 300e started making a weird sound.. sounds like water or something going chug chug chug or something..

1993 400E, 1994 E420, 2000 SL500, 2014 C250
Does it slowly fade away as the car gets warmer, until it's gone? If so, I have that same problem on my 4ooE. I posted about it and someone said it sounds like the air pump.

I figured it was my water pump or thermostat, sense I'm having an over-cooling issue with my thermostat as it is.
