Ok so I have the stock becker radio in my 91 300e. The relay inside was bad (When I pressed the on button, it would just click) and I was able to get that working, everything worked fine, but then as I was putting it back in the dash, the sound quit and I could hear the motor for the tape player turning and also when I would press the off button, the screen would shut off but the lights would stay on and it would just turn the screen back on by itself.

Any suggestions? I'm trying to avoid rewiring the entire car for an aftermarket radio.
