Engine computer questions
i have a 95 e320 and just this morning the engine light came on. anyway i have a few questions. first does my 95 e320 have an obdcII computer or something else, if it is running obdcII where is the connector? seccond i need an oil change would that effect my engine light coming on? third what are some easy things that i can check that would make the engine light turn on?

The 95 E320 is not OBDII. It has a built-in diagnostic module located by the battery. You can build a homemade coed reader for under $5 from Radio Shack parts. The link below has all the detail you need to read the codes yourself.

You can still read codes without the code reader. Just press button #2 for 2-4 seconds and count the number of flashes, repeat for the next code. The code reader is useful to get more specific codes.
