S and E on gearbox - No change
There is an S and E option for my gearbox, but it makes absolutely no difference.
This has been the case (to memory) since the car was brand new.
I heard that E should maybe start in 2nd gear? And shift gears earlier?

In S it will kick down with less pedal movement and will hold a gear slightly longer than in E.
Go for a spirited drive and you will see the difference, around town is not really the place to experience the difference, it is very subtle.
