About to hit 100,000km/62,000miles :(

What needs to be done at this mileage, which is out of the usual maintenance for the car?

change all :
-filter (fuel, air, oil)
-brake pad also rotation the tire (if standard)
-spark, tune up, carbon clean

any additional?

What is a "tune up"?
And, "carbon clean"?
Is that the intake manifold etc cleanup basically?

tune up is to readjust the klep setting, yup cleaning up the carbon leak from the engine through manifold & exhaust
