Wald Kits Carefull! Also please help.
I bought a Wald W124 kit from this company (CKS Performance) a few months ago thinking that they were geniuine products and that they are a distributor from Wald as they state. Well what a recieved was a cheap very badly made bodykit. It was just filled with imperfections and delaminations of the fiberglass. The "ready to paint" surface was extremly wavy. The supports were totally unrealiable. First bump on the road on they would just come right off. Thus having to spend alot more money then what the kit cost just to fix and just to much time.
I will put some pictures of how the kit came right out of the box. No Wald part numbers or logo were stamp on any of the parts. This kit is from CKS Performance DON’T BUY!
Now I did the right thing, I contacted directly to Wald International and ask who is there offical distributor in Europe and they gave me two. (Premier Auto Design) (England) and (Japi Parts) (Finaland) other then that they are problably fake.
Now I need some help. Does anybody have pictures of the original Wald W124 bodykit right out of the box?
I want to know how this kit kit comes and if there are any modifications that have to be done to the surface, supports...
I enjoy reading alot from all of you and hope this helps anybody
What a shame of bodykit. I had to send it back and still had to discuss why I didnt want it!
See you

My guess is that CKS realized damage to the kit while it was in their stock.
CKS doesn't have the best of reputations !!!
Assume you were able to return the kit for full refund?
Not sure where you are located, but do a search for member "Joef"
I believe he has a Wald V4 kit for sale in Canada.
If you're not in North america, then his kit will be too expensive to ship.
Good Luck...
If for any reason I have to unpackage the crate I will take more pictures of the kit and it's mounting points.
