Blower motor runs constantly
I have an 88 300TE and the blower runs all the time. I removed the fuse under the hood until my new climate control arrived. The push button and wheel climate control arrived today and I made the swap, however, this did not fix the problem.
Can anyone give me an idea of where to look next? I've done the search but am coming up with different problems on these blower motors on this board.
Thank you!

Which blower is it you mean?
If it is the blower for the climate control (heater and A/C), this is as it supposed to be. If the fan is not running the A/C turn off as well as the heater functions.
If you mean the fan in front of the condenser (in front of the main radiator) than it is a sensor problem which "tells" the fan to run since the temperatur or pressure "appears" high. Check the temp/pressure switch on top of the dryer bottle.

Yes, let me clarify. It is the blower inside the cabin responsible for blowing hot and cold air. This fan runs on high no matter the setting on the horizontal or vertical buttons and no matter the inside temp or the speed of the car. It just runs full speed high all the time.
None of my other 124's ran this way and it is getting to be quite annoying! lol

Okay, understood. I guess you have the fully automatic climate control. The only thing I would know here is the resistor circuit which lets the fan blow at different speeds is maybe damaged. You will find this part under the hood driver side (US & Europe w/o England ;-)) behind the firewall, just above the fuse box. It's a little housing containing 3 spiral type resistors.
The other option is the fan switch, but I'm not familiar with the fully autom. version.
