Buzzing/humming vibrations from Engine

1994 E220 Coupe
Buzzing/humming vibrations from Engine
So,
I replaced the engine mounts and there were still some buzzing type vibrations at certain rpm.
Yesterday I replace the transmission mount as well, and they didn't go away.
This is how it feels:
1,500-2,000rpm extremely light buzzing/humming vibration
2,500 rpm is the most prominent one (especially when free revving in P or N), still described as buzzing though
3,000-4,000 again buzzing/humming vibration
After that it may come in for 100rpm then go a few times until 6,000rpm
The vibrations are felt more during WOT
Engine is a M111.960 (2.2)
62,000 miles. My dad owned it since new and overall the car is in pristine condition
Any help is greatly appreciated
