bulb replacement on gearshift console

Its not hard; 2 screws at the bottom/base of the wood surrounding the shifter, lift it forward and up to remove. Pry the black plastic trim cover off with your fingers first; it just pops in.
The bulb is on the right side of the lite up selector if I remember, or maybe its at the bottom, either way its easy to see it once apart...make sure you get the right bulb from a dealer, there are 2 bulbs of different wattage used in the dash stuff and they look the same. BTDT. Good time to vacuum up in there too and clean up the spilled coffee (thanx PO).
One of the other MB forums had a good DIY w/pix...let me see if I can find the link...or someone else has it and will post.
