Oil in coolant... Oh No!

Oil in coolant... Oh No!
Well it was bound to happen right?
Was checking all my fluids today.. oil in the coolant reservoir no past history on this car so i have no idea if it had a head gasket job (probably not)
no water on oil...
recent things i've done are tranny oil flush, and coolant flush...
car does have an oil leak from the manifold, and a seal inside..
