gauge cluster
Easy. MB techs use a special pull-out tool that is simular to the things you pull out a Pioneer car stereo with, but it is easier to just puch it out from behind. Take off the cover that constitues the ceiling of the leg-room, let your mimic a snake and just find your way up the rear of the gauge cluster. It comes out with a moderate push. This way you don't ruin the paint job on the side of the cluster (easy to accidentally do with the tools).
