Brake Rotor Change

I will be swapping my front rotors and pads this weekend as well as bleeding the fluid.

I was wondering if someone could answer the following questions:

1. I looked at a W123 How to for a rotor change. Is the 124 the same?
2. Will I need new pad sensors?

Any tips or tricks? Things to look out of? Words of wisdom? Words of warning?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Rotors planned are Zimmerman parts, with Textar (can't remember the exact name) pads. Is this a good combo?

When I did my W124 pads, I was able to salvage the old sensors and put them on my new pads.

The last time I mentioned that I caught a lot of flak from other members. But as long as they aren't too worn, and you're able to transfer them to new pads without breaking them, they should be good for the new pads.

The only thing that I found difficult was the new pads were a tight fit. After I wire brushed the grit from all the mounting spots on the calipers, the new pads fit much better.
