88 300E 5 Speed & 88 300CE
W124 Front bumpers all the same? Need front bumper for my 88!
I have an 88 300Ce and it has a cracked front spoiler/airdam right around where the tow hook is and I wanted to know if all the W124's front bumpers were the same. Are the coupes any different than the sedans? did the facelifted cars get a different front bumper?
Any help would be appreciated.

The 500E/E500 bumpers won't fit...everything else works. I've got a 94-95 AMG GEN II bumper on my 1990. There are some cosmetic changes between the years, especially 90+, slight though.

So the 88 front bumper is the same as the 90 is the same as the 93 is the same as the 95? Or is it that they will all fit but might be of a different design? Just trying to clarify.

Yes, physically they are the same. The newer bumpers (90+ ?) will have the chrome trim at the top. But other than that they are all the same.

My mistake. I know the decklids are not interchangeable between the sedan and the coupe. For some reason, I thought the bumpers were different as well.

Just adding a little info:
94-95 rear bumper have a longer plastic piece on the sides..
Fronts are all the same. Rear should be the same too. Maybe just very minor difference in mounting bolts? Didn't notice any as i remember.
