Somebody on there can help you find out about the VIN and the car.
M119 6.0L V-8 Engine producing 381BHP
EVO-II 17" alloy wheels
Some with Sportsline two-tone interior
Birds-eye maple dark trim
AMG Suspention
AMG Exhaust
E 60 AMG lettering and AMG engine stamps
957 "AMG Technology Package" in VIN Number
I don't see a 9, 5, or 7 in that vin so its not a real AMG.

As already stated here, factory built E60's carry the "957 AMG Engineering Package or AMG Technology Package if you go by the EPC.
This VIN confirms the option. Factory German production numbers were 12, I don't know about production numbers for JDM E60's, but German built E60s did not have a AMG exhaust. The EPC is also goofy wtih JDM AMG vehicles, so its difficult to use the VIN to source specific AMG parts.
Many more E60's exist that were converted at a later date and don't carry the 957 code embedded into the VIN.
You should check the engine stamp which should confirm the 6.0l motor. It should look similar to the included picture (picture is from a E60 W210)

My next question is what would be a fair price considering that the car has 90K kilometers on the odometer but the condition overall is very good?

The E60 with the Limited interior is rare and the black wood trim is especially rare and desirable!
Of all the E500E cars, this is probably the one to have.
GSXR or several of the other guys on the "spot" could probably give you a good idea what to expect to pay. I'd be curious to know what the guy is asking, but whatever the price, you may not find another one. I am GUESSING between $35 - $40,000, in the US, more in Europe.
The "Spot" guys can show you comparisons and will have much more knowledge than this site - also, "Gerry", the webmaster, has a database of many cars and prices.

Many thanks again. The car is being offered at $45K but my counter offer is $40K since it will cost me an additional $20K for duties & taxes in the Philippiines.
Also odd that it has to be listed to sell; usually they pass hands w/o ever needing to reach out to the general public. Hopefully there's no bad story behind it.
Good luck with your bid !
I have been offered now an E500 Limited but the interior combination is black and ruby which is not to my liking. I will post pics later.
Anyway I told my agent to just be on the lookout for a regular E60.
I don't know if there are any "real" E60's that are not Limiteds.
I like this other example, though. If everything is in good order, I think you should go for it, providing the price is right.
BTW, good for the 500Ex member!!!
Usually, there is somebody on there who has some knowledge of the cars that come up for sale.

I am currently negotiating for another 94 E60 with 100k kilometers. It has AMG bumpers front and rear. The dealer website is:

The engine airbox appears correct and there also appears to be correct AMG decals in the engine bay (which is a good sign). Also appears to be a euro spec car, not something built by AMG of Japan.

You are right about the bumpers modified to fit the E500. likewise, the guys at 500Espot have decoded the vin of the car and it does check out to be an early E60 sold in Germany and imported to Japan.
The only thing I am checking is if the car had a previous accident because the dealer disclosed that it has been repainted already to its original color recently. Just to make sure.
