Purchased this with 30k miles, now 139k! So fun and easy to drive. New head gasket, wiring harness, and transmission! Motor is in perfect compression range. Starting to fix/replace all the "small" bits and pieces. I love this car more than my new E350 4matic!

Hey everyone, just joined this forum. Above is my 1988 300ce (c124). It has quite a few Lorinser pieces, including lowering springs and interior tid bits. It also has an sec style hood. All of the modifications were done in between 1988 and 1992. I also have a 1990 300sl (r129).

Thanks. The hood is a love/hate for most. It’s one of my favorite parts of the car. It’s a very late-80s period correct modification that works well with the rest of the car. Here’s another picture. Below that, my r129 used for a music video.
