No shipper would accept that used tank - classified as "explosive hazard", let alone a shipper with passengers, and going cross-border with a manifest and subject to inspection.
Joe would be legally ( and morally) obligated to disclose that it is hazardous, too.
You'll need to find one closer to home.

Also available 2 wiring harnesses.
1. off the cabrio, approx 25,000km on it, one of the wires was tapped for the turbo install. Other than that in great condition, no cracking wires. Part number 124 440 5632 ......... $300+ shipping
2. the second wiring harness same 124 440 6532 part number, was on a spare engine I had that was to be rebuilt for my cabrio's twin turbo install. Wiring harness looks virtually brand new. No signs of wear or deterioration. Label is very visible. $350+ shipping.
