As stated the parts don't flex like the video shows..
They are a very high quality, well finished semi rigid fiberglass construction
I know because we had to cut relief points in the front and rear bumpers to change the contours to match a widebody wheel arch...
No downside, no flex, no sag = no problem !

Read the thread again, I'm more then in agreement with the OP on the quality and fit of the Duraflex kit...
It's not a straight bolt on as the thread indicates and requires experience with fiberglass to install, but for the price, it's an accurate copy of the real thing.
I have zero complaints...

"88 300CE- First Year Production
hello fellas fell like its been several years since I commented.....let me ask....recently my one of a kind front clip fell off my front bumper and it being fiberglass was just a disaster....so should I try and get it rebuilt and fix or should I just start over with one of these kits? I already had a genuine real amg bumper, I was just gonna order the duraflex side skirls to finish the set!?!?!?!?

AMG duck tail trunk wing and wheel flares
I use a modified ED GEN I kit on my widebody build...
It's an all steel body that was patterned from the only know existing AMG C124 kit which resides in the UK.
If you're serious start looking for late 80's 911SC rear wheel arches...they are as identical as you can get to the sheetmetal in the AMG kit.
No need to go with 500E/E500 front fenders, just overlay another front wheel arch on your fender..

Wrecked 911s you can find at insurance auctions such as copart or IAAI. I see them often, but they're not cheap, even a complete burned one will go easily for $10k.

I just bought the AMG rear spoiler from PR Tuning in Russia (through ebay). Taken from original AMG molds. Perfect and prices are great. Highly recommended. Great guys to deal with and they also make the complete kit, and its superior to Extreme Dimensions in that you don't need to be making your own attachment brackets, its ready to paint and bolt on.
