Wow, I've never had to spell escutcheon before : )
For converting your W124 to Euro style factory headlight levelling (for, say, carrying a dead body in the trunk - it really throws out the level of your headlights!). Part number A 124 680 16 65. Comes with 3 pages of instructions in colour.
