I have them on my car. They are not easy to install, but they work fine and seem to be good hardware. Mine did develop a squeak after a number of years. I had them for about 10-years. For the toe, I didn't bother to use the K-MAC parts. My car already had the same thing as OEM, although I don't think it was a poly bushing.
For ease of installation, it seems the adjustable camber arms are the way to go.

John, do they have front and rears?
More importantly, can someone take a few minutes of their time and explain exactly how polyurethane bushings and high density rubber affect the car? A pros/cons format would be awesome.

Bushings are structural items, no? Higher density or tougher materials like poly make the bushings less flexive and more rigid. This can translate into better lateral stability (less chance for the bushings to flex horizontal) but also means that there is also less vertical compressability (more road energy transferred into the chassis of the car).
So like all handling mods, you sacrifice comfort for increased road-feel and slightly stiffer suspension componetry.
