Fuel pump?

Posted about a month ago that my 500 was taking a while to crank, rough idle and occasional surging. My tech finally had some spare time to look at it for me and run some tests that verified one of the pumps is going south. My question is should I just replace the faulty one or knock out both at the same time? They are both located under the fuel tank, correct? Thx!
