Looking for Pics and Explanation on rear pad brake replacement 1990 W124

I have a 1990 W124 w/ 77K miles that needs new rear brake pads. I saw a post for a W220 that had great pictures and a thorough explanation. It looked very easy and the caliper does not come off if I am not turning the rotors. Is this the same for the W124? Push out the pin, remove clip, squeeze pad against caliper to reset piston and slide out pad. Replace a pear shaped cap and reinstall? If it is the same I'm good. If not does anyone have pictures to walk me through it? And I know about the rotors. Just want to change the pads for now. Thanks JRR
