But seriously I love the while/blacked out look. The interior is super clean and the wheels match the car nicely... I don't see the problem. I think I even had a "pine tree" in my black series before, I don't know how you could consider that "pimped out"

so i have some spare tail lights( couple of them) of course this are china made, but it has the same look of the 94 euro.
so i changed them today, just to see how it looks, and also i had jus one left corner light,
this is how it looks, i think i'm gonna go to this look.

Yes, stock tail lights on white body are a good match. Oh, is yours a custom-made glass top or did you paint your roof black? Anyway, I have found some sample pictures of CEs which I picked up from the Internet:

Sure, maybe the corners aren't the best with the white paint, but after all it is YOUR car, and it's an expression of YOUR individuality. Overall looks very clean and tastefully done, IMO.

It does look great with stock corners and tail lights, but I kinda liked the blacked out variant alot too. It had that little extra that made it stand out of the crowd.
I look at the O.P. pictures and visualize the grille I've got in my signature together with the blacked out setup.. I think THAT would have made the front end complete with the blacked out setup, and blacked out the grey housing inside your headlights along with it.
I really think that would have looked just wicked on your car!
On the complete other side.. I also think crystal clear corners and tail lamps would have worked well too on this white car. Together with the grille you allready have, and crystal headlights even..
But no matter what you do, your car looks great! Anyone saying anything else they're just jealous..

All W124's are 16-25 years old, you're bound to find some a** holes who always think newer is better. The ones who think their 1997 civic si is better because its a few years newer. Or because its got 1000 engine mods and has 20 more HP than a stock 300e.
I know where you're coming from; I've heard it all. Kids and teenagers always think newer is better, so I get sh** about my car from friends and kids at my school all the time. Eventually I learned just to ignore most of it.
