Fuelpump not running??

So the fuel pump will run when I jump power to it directly from a 12 volt battery but will not kick on when I send power to it from the 87 and 30 pin receptacle at the relay port. Any thoughts on how to ID what is going on? The Fuel pump is verified to be good. The problem started with a loss of fuel pump after 20 minutes of running. It then became intermittent but the gap closed to now it won't kick on at all.

Do you have contact between pin 30/87 all the way back to the fuelpump + ?

Have a quick look at the wiring diagrams (http://www.w124performance.com/servi...am/ETM/ETM.pdf). I believe between the battery and fuel pump(s) is the MAS/ECU, which says those perhaps are becoming problematic. Also, another quick check is to pull the rear seat bottom to ensure wiring to FP is fully intact.

You nailed it! I just read your post a when coming on to update the issue as being resolved. The connector that takes it from a 2 wire up to 4 wire was so corroded that it fell apart in my hand. I rewired everything up and the beast is running and running good. The connector was located under the seat and after determining that I had Power at the relay and not at the Fuel Pump I started inspecting the wiring and there it was.
