Rocket 55

Ignition lock totally jammed - not steering wheel interlock. Have new lock tumbler and black sleeve that surrounds it. Able to turn the silver outer "face" 360 degrees...(has the two notches at approx the 10 and 5 position). Anyone have a source for repair manual as how to procede? Have found partial horror stories about this being a nightmare. Have trim off and can see "full assembly". Any assistance much appreciated. Thanx
