Short antenna option? Check out this pic!

I would like to fit a stubby antenna like this one on my car.

Does anyone know where to source one?

Great looking 500E BTW

Mate I bought one of those to replace a scrunched fiberglass antenna on my Renault Trafic work van. They simply screw on to any modern antenna mount but they are always up and open to being torn off.
I would guess if you pull out your electric antennas there should be plenty of room to push the threaded section up through the "angled fascia on the outside of the guard". You may need to search for one that has a bit more thread though depending on your fitment.

Cheers

Many Mercedes, Mini Coopers, Mokes
Use a slightly modified (shaved) unit from an SL (230 series) It looks fine, will plug into the existing wiring.

Good tip

Have you used the R230 antenna on a W124 sedan? I think most of the R230s had a silver antenna but I want black
