Won't start because no power to the seleniod.

Hi everybody,
the engine on my 1995 mer. E320 will not turn over at all. The reason being, that there is no power going to the soleniod on the starter when I turn the ignition on. So, I applied power to the soleniod terminal directly and the engine turns over and starts. However, there is a buzzing sound coming from the flasher&wiper relay when the ignition is on. I replaced every relay in the fuse box including the flasher&wiper relay even fuel pump relay and overload protection relay and nothing has changed. The OBD show no codes. The car has about 180000 miles, the harness was replaced during recall at 65,000 miles, the battery is about 1 year old.
I am running out of ideas. Is there ignition control module some where on this car? Can anybody help?

I really wish I could help you out on this. These E320s are tricky vehicles. I just changed the wiring harness, throttle body, Resonance Valve-Intake, and the overload relay. The car still has acceleration problems intermittently with the ASR.
