Will CLK rims and Tires fit my W124

I am looking at some rims and snow tires for a CLK430. They are 205 55 16.

I do not know the offset but the fitment guide here says that they were most likley 37 and 7.5.

Any answers?

You confused me there for a minute

"...I am looking at some rims and snow tires for a CLK430..."

I thought why are you worried about them fitting a CLK430 when they came off (according to PO) a CLK430.

I see now you want to fit them to your E320 yes ?

ET 37 should be okay as is 7.5 - what are your current wheels/sizes ?

I would like to use 16" wheels which came off S500 to use on my 1995 E420.
What size of the tire should I use?

I'm kinda guessing at your current offset - but I think from the look of your picture they are 8 slot 15 inch with an ET of 44 and size of 15 x 6.5" ?
SO pending this information being right:

Your running slightly wider tyres already at 205, standard would normally be 195/65R15

Changing the Wheels to the 16 inch 8 Slot or 'Deneb' (which I couldn't find in the CLK range) doesn't have a huge effect overall, overall height would decrease slightly and there is a change in the "backspace" but I don't think enough to cause any concern .

When your doing this excercise it's always best to check all the specs of your current rims and tyres including offset and rim width so you can confirm them against the proposed fitment. Sometimes that can mean getting down on your back underneath and checking the wheels themselves. And with the prosed tyres ask the dude selling for the part number and ET.

I don't mind doing this excercise, it's kinda fun trying to match the wheels up but makes it hard when the proposed one's have no info and you can't find that particular design on the vehicle they say they come off !
Could be they weren't off a CLK430 to start with but were transplanted on to it from something else in the first place.

Wheel size 15x6.5 ET 44 16x7.5 ET 37

Rim Lip 20 mm (0.8'') wider
Tire size 205/65-15 215/55-16
Sect. width 205 mm (8.1'') 215 mm (8.5'')
Sidewall 133 mm (5.2'') 118 mm (4.6'')
Tire diam. 647 mm (25.5'') 642 mm (25.3'')
5 mm (0.8%) shorter.

They bolted right onto my 88 300ce. You need the shorter lugs that go with these wheels though as the inner face of the wheel is much thinner and the longer stock bolts from your wheels will go in to far and mess up your brakes.
See my pic for my car with clk wheels.

$400 bucks off CL, guy was out of philadelphia. This also included the stock contis as he pretty much took them off the car when he bought the clk new as he like alot of other CLK owners dislike these "small" wheels and put big heavy 18's or 19's on them instead. Hehe..
