Multiple weird electrical issues?

Ok it started out innocently enough with my fanfare horn, now only one of them works. I've only heard my electric fans come on once during the summer, yes I know the activate at a way to high for my taste temp, but still. Then, when I push the button on my windshield wipers to get the sprayers to activate they do, but the wiper won't go unless I manually turn it on, but only sometimes. As well my bulb out indicator comes on when I hit the brake petal, but all my lights were replaced with dealership purchased replacements and are correct wattage. BUT, when I switch on the headlights the bulb out indicator light doesn't light up when pushing on the brakes, but then the center, high mounted brake light is dimly lit?! Also if I'm starting the car up, either first thing in the morning or after it cools off, if I turn on the headlights right after starting the engine my ASR light turns on and I'm in full LHM, but not every time. Where do I start?

Check grounds, replace every fuse with the proper copper/ceramic ones.
