Engine oil cooler from M104 w140 fit w124

I am installing a turbo on my M104 E320 and I want to add an engine oil cooler in to the system since my average ambient temp is around 35C

Do you people have any idea sir? Can I use the oil filter housing from W140 with my W124version
I am not sure that the socket are the same or not and can we do the adapter?

I know that there are several version of M104
So this is my engine
