brake squeal

what else can be causing brake squeal noise when stopping other than vibrations from the caliper and pad? I've reinstalled my pads for the 3rd time and the last time I put tons of brake pad glue between the pad and the caliper. When I took off the bolts on the back of the caliper yesterday, the caliper was still holding onto the pads pretty tight which makes me feel that its not the vibrations causing the noise. what else can cause that high pitched squeal before coming to a complete stop?

Yeah, mine does that too on the front. I am clueless as to what could be the issue.

I've read that if its near the end of the stop, it could be a loose fitment somewhere, but I've changed the pads on this and other cars plenty of times. just not sure what could be causing it or what I can do to make it stop...
