you still didnt try what i suggested....pretty sure it will be it.
Its very easy and u dont need any parts...and it cant go wrong...worst case scenario u turn it back to its initial position.
If i recall you have to turn in around 10 degree (very little) clockwise

Funkgab, iac ordered.. im picking it up on Monday, and give you guys an update in that. Hopefully its it!
Chlippo, when i took it to certified mercedes mechanics i informed them about that. It turns out the previous mechanic adjusted it to be lean, which helped out the idle issue a bit. Mercedes mechanic adjusted to spec, and idle is worse... but it tells me that its not the issue. Hoping its the iac.
Thanks guys for all the help! What are the chances its the oil pressure sender?

Er, sorry, I don't know what an 'iac' is. The ICV, or Idle Control Valve, is what I'm on about. The ICV is an electrically operated valve that lets metered quantities of air into the inlet, past the butterfly valve, in order to smooth out idling irregularities. It is connected into the system by flexible hoses and the one on the 'manifold' side of the ICV, if it leaks, causes unmetered air to enter the engine and this upsets lots of things that rely on accurate measurements of vacuum depression.
