300TE suspension
Looking for information on suspension replacements on my 300TE 145K miles. After four corner tire replacement, nasty vibration persists above 50 MPH, have heard of the sway bars going bad after 9-10 years. What are the details of the fix and what can I expect to pay for it? Thanks/Dean

I would check your bearings and replace the front & rear swaybar bushings. I have never heard of the swaybars going bad unless in an accident.
Double-check that your wheels are not bent, and re-balance your tires.
FWIW, I was going to install these on my wife's wagon, but she wants to keep it stock.
I have (4) H&R Springs (front & rear) made exclusively for the W124 wagon. Average lowering is 1.3-inches (Front) and 1.25-inches (rear) depending on which rubber pad you choose. Tire Rack price is $257
I also have a set of front Bilstein Heavy Duty sturts (New in box, LifeTime Warranty) retail is $300.
I will sell everything for $389.

Neil,
I know it has been some time since you posted this, but do you still have these items? I'm looking seriously at an '88 300TE and these would be nice.
Thank you.
