Vibration at 45 mph
I start to get a vibration starting at 45mph.. I was thinking the tires but they all look good, my next conclusion was either gas filter cause it vibrates at a stand still some times but gets bad at 45 while pressing on the gas, and my last conclusion was tire balance, what do you guys think?

If it only happens under acceleration, check the driveshaft flex discs. Check the exhaust hangers too - if they are broken/sagging, the exhaust system can hit the chassis when the engine is under load and transfer vibration.

A vibration that ONLY happens at a certain speed or within a very narrow speed range is almost always a tire imbalance.
Depending on what kind of tires you have, it may be the actual tires themselves. This is why I insist on only using Michelins on my cars. The tires that are on them that are not Michelins are tires that came with the car or came with the rims.

If you're also getting one when you're accelerating that's most likely the engine mounts (don't forget the transmission mount. They don't call it the rear engine mount for no reason.)
The BFG Touring TA is an OK tire but not a great tire. I'd use it on a daily driver no problem. Check out the date code on the tire (the last four digits following the DOT XXXX XXXX ????) If they are more than four/ five years old (its week week year year) the tires could very well be the problem.
I had Touring TA Pros on my car which got thrummy and noisy at the end of their life. When I changed them, there was a noticable improvement in ride comfort and noise. But, we are contrasting 4/ 5 year old tires with close to 80000 miles on them, with brand new ones.

How do I check if my engine mounts are bad? I'll check the tires when I get out of bed haha! And I'm sure the car needs some work being 250k miles. But Mercedes runs forever, I'm a calm driver so she should be fine. Are the engine mounts hard to change?

Best thing is to start looking at lots of pics, or if someone nearby has a Mercedes of similar vintage, take a look at theirs, and compare what they look like.
Of course if it's not completely collapsed but on it's way out, you won't be able to tell just by looking.
I'm pretty sure there is a graphic somewhere on the net. I'm pretty sure i've seen one.
