Loose belt 87 300e

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem using the tension device...please help!!!!!!

My advise in this case: leave this to a experienced mechanic. I tried this once and the belt tensioner assembly is absolutely complicated to understand. If you dont, you end up ruining the whole thing and you have to get a new one. which is even more complicated to get in. For a experienced mechanic a 20-30 min job. And if the belt is worn just get a new one installed.

Thanks for your help i fixed the problem the belt was routed incorrectly....OOPS.

Fax.........the owner and inexperienced benzo mech.
