BETTER BUSINESS HAS 420 COMPLAINTS & NO ACCREDITATION WHAT IS MY RECOURSE IF ANY

Stayed home to get shock delivery from UPS. Two orders came & I refused one as per credit card co. advise. Must give credit to PARTS GEEK, shipping was speedy & finally got response from them. 
However, I am billed twice & am waiting for chargeback credit.
