hi can anyone tell me how to manually put down the back head restraint. i keep pushing the button but its not working.thanks for any info.

I don't know how to release the restraint manually, but your problem is probably from a defective vacuum actuator. When you press the button you should hear a click under the rear seat. The valve is on the driver's side under the rear seat. Just replace it. Small project.
