Quick question!
I've got a 93 400E. It's a really solid car. Only 1 thing wrong with it right now. The A/C does not blow mid or high speed only low. It can be ice cold and be scorching hot but it gets there very slowly because of the fan speed.
I'm thinking it could either be the A/C controls/cluster or blower or regulator or is it something else?. Anyone know?

Does the blower fan run high on any other setting (defrost, manual, etc.)? If not, I would suspect the blower fan regulator (mounted under the fan motor itself). If the fan speed does change (over a reasonable range) on other settings, I would suspect the HVAC control unit.

Thanks! The blower fan never runs on mid or high on any setting at all. So it must be the said regulator.
The HVAC control unit back light intermittently works but I don't see that causing this issue.
Another small issue I encounter everyday is when applying my brakes, the headlamp indicator light on the instrument cluster would turn on as if the headlamps were turned on. I don't think this is a major/critical issue but sometimes it bothers me. I feel like I have either a bad fuse, relay or wiring somewhere. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Diagnostic procedure: Unplug the 8 pin connector from both rear tail light assemblies - these are easy to access inside the trunk. If the problem goes away, plug one in at a time to try and isolate.
The tail light assemblies are know to develop faulty grounds due to the plastic clips that keep the electrical contacts in place braking off with age.
