94e320 cabriolet
When I enter the radio code from factory supplied card ( confirmed to be the correct code by dealer on telephone ) the radio does not respond. Dealer says I need to bring in so they can reboot radio. I have a radio removal key set , but do not know how to reboot radio. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
