My radio does not accept the factory code ( confirmed correct by dealer ).The Dealer says I need to come in to have radio rebooted. Does anyone know how to reboot radio so that it will accept the correct factory code?

Excerpts from the Stereo Ops Guide:
1. Turn key to position one
2. Turn on the radio, CODE appears with C flashing
3. Enter the first digit of the code. The word CODE will disappear and the first number will appear followed by four dashes
4. Enter the rest of the 5 digit code, each will be displayed
5. When all numbers enter correctly the first number in the code flashes alerting you to confirm the code. Press the Scan (SC), Seek, or Tune button to confirm. Operation will resume.
If you enter the wrong code 3 times you will have to wait 10 minutes to try again. It will show WAIT. If incorrect 9 times it will lock for 24 hours of which you must keep the radio on.
Hope the helps!
