1995 E320 Wagon radio problem

Hello all,

I have been away for a few months and had to jump start the car. I just replaced the blower 30A strip fuse as well. When I was driving today, my radio froze and I could not change the volume or use any of the buttons. Even after restarting it remained frozen. I took out fuse #9 in the box to try and reset it and now it will not turn on at all, but the little red light is blinking. Any suggestions?

Also, looking to replace all the fuses in the box, can these be bought at any auto store?
