Looking for a '94 E500. Preferably under 60k miles.

 

There's a E500 4 matic in Shawnee mission, ks on nieman and couple blocks or so south of Johnson Drive. Dunno what year, but im sure its pre '95, dunno about the miles. I've seen it couple times. its black with brown or champange interior, i believe its an AMG too.

edit: Not brown interior, i meant like a beige-ish. hard to tell thru tinted windows heh.

Yep it has to be a pre 95, they stopped making them in 94

hmm.. i know it had 500/4matic and AMG badges, just aint sure on the year, this lot fails at putting stickers to show what year it is. I just went by the looks of the headlights, doesn't have those fugly dual round headlights, but it wasnt square/rectangular like the 86-90's something.. could it have been more newer like post 98? Cant recall the tailgihts being triangular or rectangular..




EDIT: I swung by the lot and checked out the benz in question, while it had 500/amg/4matic badges, the body styling didn't match the body styles of 124's, mirrors n lights were all wrong.. probably a 2000's model at least its not the fugly dual round headlights, so probably not what the OP is looking for.

also what i dont get is why this particular AMG has a 500 badge instead of a S65 badge or whatever AMG model # is put on for this platform

It's OK. You are prolly looking at a W211 E500 4-matic from 2003-06' ....if it has an AMG badge then it's just a badge added on by some wannabe. Other than the G-wagens (G55, 65, 63)...no other mass-produced AMGs were AWD... until this year with the release of the new E and CLS63s.
