M104 swap to a 89 300CE

ok so after a lil set back & recovering from the flu I finally got the M104 on the 300ce. Now Im having difficulties with the wiring. They are two different chasis and the wiring is way different. They seem to be continuous with no plugs to divide only the engine harness. Tips & pointers gladly taken
