Question Becker Radio Code Entry Help

Hi all

New to the forums, from Johannesburg South Africa.

I lost power to the Becker radio in the car. I got the code from Mercedes South Africa, but I have a problem entering the code. They gave me a 4-digit code that has a "9" in it, but as you can see from the pic, how do I enter a "9"?

Any advice.

They gave you the wrong code. Contact them again. They may have read the wrong info, or typo entering the serial no. wrong.
