Lightbulb help!! converting w124 e200 1990 to 1995 E500

hey guys
i need your help, ive always been wanting to convert a w124 e200 to e500 1995, i mean everything from the engine, body, interior... everything
so i have a project but im not sure if it possible
well here the thing, i live in Moscow Russia so the cars here arent that cheap so if i buy E200 for like $2000 and i bought E500 1995 from diffrent country for $2000, would it be possible to move everything from the E500 to the E200 ????
i want it to be exactly like the 500!!! with all the systems like ABS ASR Suspensions gearbox..... SO IS THAT POSSIBLE!!!!!

If you can just buy an E500 from another country I don't understand why you'd want to then swap everything to a 200E.

Its because e500 95 cost around $16000 and if i buy it from another country and put russian plates on it i would pay extra $10000 for it so it would be cheaper if i just switch them

That job is close to impossible to do, unless you put twice the amount of money in it as it would cost you to import a E500 with a couple of minor defects. You need to completely rebuild the torpedowall and gearbox tunnel underneath the car among other chassi modifications. The E500 is not the same car as the stock W124 at all, it just looks the same on the outside.

You might be able to get it done, but I really don't think it is worth the time effort and money if you want it to be a serious build. Much better to spend that extra money on finding a E500 that needs some work, a repaint and some bodywork perhaps. Then it might be affordable, and you don't get away from the bodywork and repaint doing it your way anyway so..

That's just my 2cents..

I am not sure how doable it is but the only upside that I see is the labor.
The labor is way cheaper in Russia, Ukraine, Romania and similar countries than US, Canada or Australia.
