1994 e320 cabriolet

94 320e cabri top won't go down

I just acquired a '94 320e cabriolet. Both the roll over light and the soft top switch are lit up. A week ago, roll bars went up and down, but don't now.
Anyone have any answers? I have searched quite a few threads, but have found nothing definitive. Also, where are the rear fuses for the soft top located?
