Collant Temp Sensor
First off thank you for everyone help to a beginner. So far I have been able to find almost all of my answers here :-)
So I got my car back together yesterday and took her for a spin. Ran like a dream, I went about 10 miles. Came home and parked it. It got a little cold over night. This morning she started right up beautiful. I went to pull out and she is spitting and sputtering when I step on the gas. Also the idle is not stable, it bounces slightly between 5k and 8k at times when at a stop.
Today I went to check my Cold Start Valve and found a new issue. What appears to be a Coolant Temperature Sensor is complete broke off and there are no wires anywhere that I can see to plug into one.
So with the end broke off and not being able to find the wires how should I figure out what one I need?
Secondly what is this sensor?
