Need to replace '92 400e wheel bearing (on a budget)
I've seen some extremely cheap ones that I'm a bit leary of, and some unusually expensive (considering how trivial the part is) ones. Can someone point me in the right direction? Keep in mind that I can give it a little more TLC once the holidays are over- so, cheap yet semi-hearty is what I'm looking for. I promise not to let her suffer with the cheap parts for too long! But would prefer to get it up and running right vs letting it just sit there until I have more money.
Sidebar: should I be replacing both driver/passenger bearings at the same time? I plan on having Les Schwab replace a tie end rod in order to get the free front-end alignment after all is said and done with the bearings. The tie end rod needs to be replaced anyway but it'd be cheaper to have them do it and get the free front-end alignment I'll already be needing (after having replaced one tie end rod myself while troubleshooting the squeeks and squawks I was hearing).
Anyway, any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
