I need Help Please!!

Hello room first I would like to Thank you all for helping me while trying to solve some issues with my 1993 300e here is a question for you all I installed a new throttle body and wiring harness the car no longer goes into limp mode but now has a idle issue, it will go up to 1200 at first start then level out to 650 but then it will go up and down at times pulsing as if it wants to stall. I have to keep my foot lightly on the gas pedal when braking or at a light so it doesn't stall, or start increasing and decreasing idle.....OK here's the deal new wiring harness and throttle body didn't have idle issues before replacement...... SO I disconnected my Mass Air Flow Sensor of course in park and neutral the car surges but once in gear the car is so smooth I don't even know its running, while driving on the highway smooth it also drive smooth as silk with the Mas Air Flow Sense connected while on the highway......QUESTION do I have a bad Mas Air Flow Sensor....Please reply!!!! I hate to keep throwing parts at this car!!!!!

Thank you Plutoe for your reply

I am a little lost by your reply my 300e is a M104 could you help me out in understanding searching for information on 103 idle speed devices and the specific electronic idle speed control wiring. I figured if I replaced the entire Throttle Body Actuator that would have solved that issue considering my original Throttle body wiring was really bad, I replaced it with a brand new Throttle body. Your help is greatly appreciated
