Differential swap

I want to swap the diff on my 94 E320...not to increase performance but to get rid of a nasty vibration that I "think" is in the diff. (It's the only place left, I've checked everything else). Will an AMG diff from a 95 C36 work? I can get one pretty cheap. Thanks

Inspect the rubber mounts first. My diff is vibrating and moaning as well, but I think it's because it lost a lot of oil through a leak and now the gears are damaged.

I am interested in a 400/430E diff. swap since I believe my weakest link is the diff. with my upgraded motor. Aren't these more available? Also, are the CV joints spec'd for higher torque as well? Are they a direct replacement to the 300E parts?
