Still parking, car accelerates very strong
Hi,
I have a 1995 E300D with about 250000 miles.
After some extreme freezing days the car didn't start. I changed the battery (new) and now the car starts better then before.
Problem: But 2/3 seconds after starting the car, still parking, accelerates very strong without touching the gas paddle. Then I stop the engine, start the engine and it's the same situation once again (repeating without exception).
Could be something with the injection system but I am new to this and I don't want to 'confuse' you.
Who had the same situation? What could it be? Which part?

doesnt the 606 have the electronic controlled pump? could the computer just be freaked out? Maybe try unplugging the battery and let it sit for a few minutes and retry. Ive had a 05 is300 gasser do this when I unplugged a sensor. I reset the codes and did the battery trick and its back to normal.
